Kendra Considine, PMHNP-BC

Beyond her practice, Kendra is devoted to raising awareness and providing resources that make mental health care accessible to everyone. Her genuine care and determination to make a difference set her apart as a true advocate for mental wellness.
Joseph Marchese, PMHNP-BC
Joseph Marchese earned his Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2023 and is ANCC Board Certified. With over six years of diverse experience in inpatient psychiatric units, emergency psychiatric care, and outpatient settings, Joseph has worked at top institutions like Mount Sinai in NYC, MacNeal Hospital in Illinois, and St. Joseph’s in Joliet.
His expertise includes treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, and more. Joseph integrates medication management with supportive therapy, focusing on a holistic approach that incorporates activity, diet, and sleep habits.
An active APNA and ANA member, Joseph enjoys family time, sports, and was a collegiate volleyball player at Dominican University.
Christina Kassenbrock, DNP, FNP-BC
Christina Kassenbrock is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Rush University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Illinois University. She specializes in medication management for psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD and addiction. Known for her compassionate approach, she creates a warm and trusting environment. Her utilization of evidence-based practices allows her to provide safe, high-quality and effective care.
Donette Considine, PhD, LCSW
Donette Considine is a licensed clinical social worker who brings warmth, curiosity, and deep respect to her work with adolescents and adults. She specializes in supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, persistent and chronic mental health conditions, adjustment challenges, and the complexities of everyday life.
Dr. Considine is dedicated to caring for the whole person-mind, body, and spirit. She works from a strengths-based perspective, helping clients uncover their resilience, deepen their insight, and build practical skills that support meaningful change. She partners closely with the interdisciplinary team at Mental Health Connections to ensure every client experiences seamless, high-quality care.
Drawing from a wide range of therapeutic approaches, Dr. Considine integrates what is most helpful and healing for each individual client. She views clients as the experts of their own lives and experiences, and she sees her role as a collaborative partner in the therapeutic process-someone who helps clients feel understood, empowered, and supported as they navigate challenges and cultivate the lives they want.
Katie Lee, LSWA, MA, MSW (Candidate)
Katie, is a Master’s-level clinical intern in the field of mental health. Katie utilizes a psychoeducational approach that provides patients and their families with vital information about mental health conditions, symptoms, causes, treatments and coping strategies at Mental Health Connections. In her role, Katie supports individuals in developing the awareness, skills, and resilience necessary to optimize and enhance their overall well-being.
Katie believes that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive space where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. Her goal is to empower clients to recognize their resilience, build balanced and effective coping strategies, and create meaningful and lasting change.
Katie has great insight and experience in the mental health field – having worked with adults, adolescents, small children, and families. She draws on a strength-based and trauma-informed approach to meet each client where they are and support them in moving toward the life they want to live.
